All our accommodations are located in the city centre or well communicated with the centre.
SHARED STUDENTS FLATS
If not specified, ISFE will always try not to let you stay with other students who speak the same language as you.
Shared flat option is the cheapest one. Although flats are not luxury ones, they are fully furnished and they have all facilities and appliances: washing machine, fridge, kitchen items etc.
You can share a flat with other 3 or 4 students, and ISFE always tries to find at least one Spanish flatmate fro you to practice your Spanish at home.
You can choose among three options: single room, double room, or double used a single one.
Sharing a flat means a series of compromises you must take into account, such as cleaning, respect for your flatmates, and the fact that each one cooks their own food.
This type of accommodation is only available for people over 18 and a minimum staying of 3 months.
Prices of flats can vary depending on their size, room use (single or double) and dates availability.
ACCOMODATION WITH A SPANISH FAMILY
The most popular options is usually to stay with Spanish families, this will allow you to know and experience at first hand the Spanish way of living and also to speak Spanish during the whole day.
All our families have gone through strict selection processes.
The family will give you a key to the house the first day for you to feel like another member of the family. Families often help you to meet new people, they explain you how to move in the city and the go along with you to some activities.
IMPORTANT: you will have to bring you own towels. Bed linen is provided by the family.
UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE
We also offer the possibility to stay at a University Residence and shared flats with other students.
In the very centre and only three minutes from the old quarter, there is the University Residence “San Agustín” (www.rusanagustin.com). It is an emblematic building, from the early 20th Century, fully renovated in 1997.
Since it was opened, The Residence San Agustín, has been acquiring international experience as a result of the close collaboration with different foreign universities. This experience enriches all our groups.
Is the most modern residence all around Castilla y León, it has a beautiful garden, one floor only for studying with library, drawing room, computers room with free access to internet and Photography room.
For you leisure time there are several vending machines, two TV lounges, basket and paddle courts and gym.
Among other offered services we can point out: full board Monday to Sunday, room cleaning, reception staff available 24 hours a day and laundry service.
The Residence has English speaking staff to satisfy all international students’ needs.
